Description

2 hours for CPT requirements | This course provides law enforcement officers with legal updates regarding modern policing. The parameters of the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution are reviewed including the fundamental cases that have directed law enforcement when dealing with Fourth Amendment protections.
